Certificate Training Program

. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Certificate Training Program

The MBCT Certificate Training Programs, in collaboration with Centre for Mindfulness Studies (CMS), provide experiential learning and comprehensive training for 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Programs (MBPs). These internationally recognized programs develop teaching competencies based on the MBI-TAC guidelines from Bangor, Exeter, and Oxford.

Grounded in evidence-based practices, the CCMA offers early practice teaching opportunities with a focus on experiential learning, extensive feedback, and coaching to enhance presence, guidance, and inquiry skills. Emphasis on inquiry fosters curiosity and equanimity, supported by Patricia Rockman MD CCFP’s expertise and co-authored books.
